Andrew Hampton Livingston
Andrew Hampton Livingston has an MFA in acting from Northern Illinois University and a BFA in Music Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory. He has studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School in Moscow, Russia, has been learning and teaching tap dance since he was 3 years old and has toured the country with a tap company called Dancing on Common Ground. Andrew plays the Banjo, Guitar, and Ukulele and worked his way through college as a clown for the Baltimore Orioles. In Chicago he has worked at The Court Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, and Theatre Y, where he is also a company member. Andrew played Clip in Theatre Y's critically acclaimed play I Killed My Mother by András Visky in Chicago last year and will be performing in La Mama Experimental Theatre's 50th Season in New York next year. Outside of Chicago Andrew has worked at The Barter Theatre, The Mac-haydn Theatre, Flat Rock Playhouse, with the Immediate Theatre Company, where he recently played Jim O'Connor in The Glass Menagerie, and North Carolina Stage Company where he will be playing Joe Pitt, again, in Angels in America Part 1 and 2 in Rep this Fall. With Organic he has appeared in The Secret Agent, Play Strindberg, $30,000 Bequest, Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol, Tomfoolery, and Bobby Gould in Hell.
